Applications are accepted and/or renewed based on the conditions below:
- Must be a licensed childcare program through the Arkansas Department of Human Services: Division of Child Care and Early Childhood Education
- Must be in good standings with the Division of Child Care and Early Childhood Education per ECIC standards
- Committed to quality care and education
- Complete annual survey
|Licensed Capacity of 99 or Less||$125||$15/Month|
|Licensed Capacity of 100 or More||$250||$25/Month|
|Each Additional Site||$25||$5/Month|

Once your center is a member of the Early Childhood Initiatives Center, you and your staff will simply enroll in trainings through the TAPP or ECIC program application. Preference will be given to members for programs with limited seating.
Non-members will be charged prior to or at the training.
You can make a payment by completing an ACH form and attaching a voided check. We’ll handle the rest!
