Introducing YOUNG ATHLETES curriculum to NWA early childhood centers!

YOUNG ATHLETES is an innovative sports play program for ages 2-7 years.  The curriculum includes active games, songs and other play activities that help children develop motor, social and cognitive skills.

Children of varying abilities have the opportunity to learn, grow and have fun because the curriculum allows the child to succeed at his/her skill level.

This will provide activities that can be done indoors or outdoors and meet the requirements of vigorous” physical activity each day.

Participating centers will receive:

  • Scripted curriculum
  • Training video resources
  • Online toolkit
  • Equipment
  • Parent notices

As this is a pilot program, we will only be accepting 40 toddler and preschool classrooms into the program In approximately 12-15 centers.

Administrators may apply for their school. The goal is to provide a train-the-trainer program so that the administrator can train new staff members each year.
